The website consultation form prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application. Information entered into the form is not delivered to the office unless the visitor reviews and sends that email.
The website host may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps, and security logs.
04 · Telephone services
Automated receptionist and call handling
Telephone calls may be answered or assisted by an automated receptionist. The automated receptionist may collect the caller’s name, contact information, general matter category, requested callback details, and a brief non-confidential summary.
Telephone service providers may process call audio, transcripts, summaries, routing information, call identifiers, and technical logs for call handling, transfer, security, and message delivery.
